Carol Millar Hague received her B.Mus (1972 - School Music- keyboard/choral) and her L.Mus(1975 - High Distinction in Voice) from McGill University.  Before moving to Vankleek Hill in 1988, she performed as both soloist and chorister for various groups and churches in Montreal, including the now-defunct tudor singers of Montreal.  She started teaching voice in the Vankleek Hill area a few years later and, in 1995, was invited to be the first co-conductor of Amaryllis.  She continues to teach voice, piano and theory and gives "breathing" workshops to interested individuals and groups.
